The environment was clean, very nice, & felt safe.

I was traveling with my family a total of four I made it too check in the hotel around 10pm from SeaWorld, so it was straight to the shower we went I notice the drainage in the tub wasn’t working as I started to clean the tub (I always sanitize and put my own clean to any room) so I approached the front desk and notified the staff member that was working(African-American woman with a low hair cut) she phoned maintenance & proceeded to locate a snake which she suggested I use to unclog the tub. After I told her that was not my job I’m the guest I paid to be properly accommodated she gave me a puzzled look while shrugging her shoulders basically indicated that it’s not her problem if I wasn’t going to snake out whatever was clogging up the tub myself it wasn’t going to get done. I don’t feel that was the proper way to handle the situation even though she was overwhelmed with how busy it was in the hotel but that’s no reason to lack good customer service skills.

Great staff, clean room and we needed a extra blanket no hesitation. The free breakfast for everyone. Great location about 15 mins from Fiesta Texas wasn't a long drive for us after a long day of fun.

I booked online with booking. Com but no where did it say the pool was closed an one of the main reasons i booked here was for the pool.
