Positives:
The maid service was great! My room was always very clean for the few weeks I stayed at the Knights Inn. It was nothing like getting off from work walking into a freshly cleaned room. They also had a nice BBQ area, that I took advantage of often. The pool was also something I spent time enjoying at the Knights Inn.
Negatives:
I didn't like how old the grills were. One of the grills actually fail while I was trying to BBQ. I also didn't like the fact that I couldn't get the weekly room rate for a few days, just until I had enough for the week. I understand every and anyone can't just get that rate, but I had already been in my room for two weeks, and was just trying to stay another week, but oh well. Over all, it was a cool spot for the price.

I didn't like trying to talk to the guy through the speaker window when I checked in and late at night can't understanding him and he can't understand me.,

The knights has the BEST property and poolside area of any motel in the San Antonio area for this price.. I love it my kids love it.. When you make your reservation make sure you ask for poolside...

Positives:
We book thru a booking for the room for 2 nights but paid when we got there. The room had roaches and bed bugs. We didn't need the second night anyway. When we tried to meet with the manager the next morning we were told she would be in after 8. We went back then we were told it would be after 10.
Negatives:
The beds were the best thing about the room. But that's it.
