Absolutely nothing. I found not one redeeming quality about this hotel, the room or the front desk staff upon checking in. I took pictures and Im happy to share those.
Negatives:
The room was outdated, dirty, unappealing, my view was a wall, the front desk staff asked me for my ID without greeting f me or even smiling. The place was under construction. no landscaping and the everything from the elevator to the halls were dirty

The ice maker on the second floor was not working. There was only a small trash can in our room, it was located in the bathroom. The room had a stale musty odor.

We stayed on the 8th floor. The hallway did not look to have been vacuumed in a while. Our room smelled very musty and it took a while for it to cool down.

The first room smelled like urine and upon concern they did not apologize or appear surprised. They quietly gave us a different room, never apologized or said thank you. The pool was cold, dirty and the hot tub was broken.

Construction loud noises drilling in the rooms adjacent to mine. I called downstairs and they said we have a sign at the front desk. No apologies, no offer to help in some way. Just a very rude attitude and sorry customer service.

The shuttle bus driver taking me to the airport was very nice.

The hotel was terribly unclean from stained carpets and furniture to a very overpowering odor in the room and hallways. The room also had a humid feeling. Overall it felt dirty and honestly I couldnt wait to leave.
