Through my own fault, I screwed up the date of arrival. Fortunately, there was a room available, probably because the eclipse was a bust. I ended up spending most of my time down in the Corpus Christi area near family, because with the weather not cooperating for the eclipse, they didn't want to drive up to San Antonio.

The night auditor was extremely rude. We had just drove 20 hrs and booked a room 20 minutes out. When we arrived, we were told our room was unavailable, was going to be cancelled and was not receiving a refund. ALSO was asked to see my service animal’s paperwork which is actually illegal. I love going to this hotel and have never received such bad service. Please do better.
