Sorry to report this but it’s very unfortunate not one thing

Unclean, our room was labeled nonsmoking yet there were cigarette burn stains on the bathtub and a burnt hole from cigarette in the bedspread,,,VERY UNSAFE!!!! We had over $60,000.00 stolen from there! Our inclosed cargo trailer that had a security lock on it was beaten off,…. They would not provide us with camera footage…. This is why we chose to move somewhere else??? Not to mention they told me they didn’t give a refund that I needed to get it from booking.com !!!!

The location, the cleanliness of lobby and room, and most of all the courteous staff. Will plan to keep staying there in the near future.

The only thing missing i guess would be an iron and board in the rooms. Rooms are great and comfortable.

The odor (both outside in hallway and inside room) was of a stale musty unclean odor. My room wall was literally opposite the elevator.....which made loud mechanical noises when in operation. Water from the bathroom shower head shot out so forceful it hurt.
Parking area was similar to most major city streets and highways in that it had a lot of scattered potholes, broken up concrete and uneven pavement
