I was really impressed with the quality of the room, especially considering the cost. I think that it had all the amenities one could expect, especially a washer and dryer for low cost. Staff was helpful and friendly and was willing to call transportation for me when my phone was broken.
Negatives:
The location is not incredible. Relatively close to the center of town and you can easily reach the river walk so that was nice but the area around it is not the safest I've seen. I feel the hotel did a good job keeping the immediate area around feeling safe with extensive lighting at night but I would be cautious walking outside of hotel grounds late at night.

I like the fact that after I had to leave my first room to tell the front desk that the room that they issue me had not been cleaned yet but they gave me another room which I was booked initially for anyways.
Negatives:
The first room that I was given was dirty and they were knocking on our door at 11:00 a.m. and walked in.
