Tv was the only part I liked about it.
Negatives:
Room floors were very sticky, foul smelling odor when I stepped into the room, a roach was on the floor crawling, multiple gnats flying in the room, and there was even a musky dirty towel inside the fridge. Refrigerator was unplugged and water leaked out from the freezer so I had to use all my towels in room to clean it. I called the front desk at about 4:00 PM and told them the situation. Front desk said they would give me new towels. When I arrived back at the hotel, I checked for new towels and no new towels were brought to my room. The towels I used to clean the floor when the fridge leaked were still in the shower.

The bathroom door was broken, the faucet was not attached to the sink, the toilet seat was not attached to toliet, there were stains and cigarette burns on the blankets, the cable went in and out constantly all night.

Great location near medical center. The room was nice & spacious.

The room was in ok condition. The bathroom door was broken and couldn't close properly, so you have to just leave it cracked a bit or hold it shut with something. The bed sheets had stains & cigarette burn marks all over.

My stay was a very bad experience it was disscusting there was roaches in the restroom and in top of the beds. I called to complain thinking they would be more concerned about the problem but Nancy didn't care much for what i was telling her. She was supposed to call back to see if there would be maybe a refund but until now no return call.
