The staff is horrible and they are going to keep your deposite for aby little reason like mine for a pillow case missing that the cleaning lady disnt return with are clean sheets she washed so I paid $50.00 for a pillow case I didn't lose

It was relatively clean on the inside, but the parking lot needed cleaning. I found the bed very comfortable.
Negatives:
they didn't have the room I had reserved, but had another on the lower floor. Ants came in through the AC unit.

I liked that it was not super big and easy to find. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Seems like was being renovated or under, there was a minor hole on the wall the smoke alarm was not functioning looked like no battery and the restroom had like a piece of the frame popped out like you could see the nails and everything.

The owner's are horrible. The property is surrounded by homeless drug addicts so the owners treat every guest like one. We checked out early, got our deposit back, then were refused a room the next night. They reported to booking.com that we were a no show instead of the truth so now we're having to fight for a refund. The rooms were filthy and in need of repair. The free wifi only worked outside. The cable TV had maybe 10 channels. There were roaches. Worst stay ever. Motel 6 and booking.com should be ashamed to be affiliated!

Remodeled property so it looked nice throughout the facility.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was very rude, obviously only interested in how many people can fill their hotel. I asked simple questions like where the nearest mall or stores like Walmart were at, and they were extremely dumbfounded and had no clue to where anything was at. When I asked for an extra pillow or extra trash bags, they began to disrespect me.

Manager was rude and would not even listen to situation. She wouldnt give me room.i paid upfront online but she was upset and rude and wouldn't explain. I had taken a taxi there so now I was stuck with no ride and no place to sleep.i have stayed at this location I er 20 timea but never again
