The size of the room, living room, and bathroom was great.
Negatives:
We had a number of broken things in our room (drapes off the rod, bath tub drain didn't stay open, etc.) and it was not clean. The staff was congregated around the check in area upon arrival, seemingly not doing their jobs. The elevator didn't work.

The hospitality of the staff. So inviting and on Easter one of the staff member( he has a New Orleans accent) passed out Easter eggs during breakfast on Easter and my son was so happy, we love residence inn, it always feels like home. I loved the location
Negatives:
I believe there is a manager (a lady) when I went to breakfast at the hotel that Monday, the day after Easter. I got there around 9:40 and breakfast is over at 10. She was very uninviting. No GOODMORNING nothing. She was telling the New Orleans accent
