Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

There was no breakfast at this location, even though when I booked it thru booking.com, they said there was a breakfast!

When I booked my room at booking.com I asked for a room with a king size bed, just to be told when i checked in I was given a queen, and could not be upgraded to a king because booking.com said I wanted a queen, I learned a lesson not to book thru booking.com

The room was clean, and I really appreciated how the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pans, toaster, anything I'd need to cook. I have been to some hotels that don't have anything in the kitchenette and it makes my life harder! Our room was lovely, and the staff was very kind. This hotel, while next to the highway (which can sometimes be noisy), wasn't near the hustle and bustle of college night life, so our stay was peaceful.
Negatives:
Through a small error, the hotel did not get my phone number from booking.com, so they were not able to call me ahead of time and let me know that the elevator was out of order. My room was on the 4th floor. This was a bummer, but I typically take the stairs whenever I can, so this was not an issue for me - just a funny incident.

They didn’t clean my room and gave me a handicap accommodation. The room smelled, Shower curtain was installed wrong, shower head had terrible performance. There was mold in the ceiling and overall quality was -F. I also asked for a partial refund for the poor quality delivery of service and I got a “if you want it, you gotta ask for it” well that’s why I brought it up.
