It was clean. Comfy for sleep. The hotel was convenient next to the highway. The guy on reception was great. There seemed a screw loose but he was so pleasant.

The door was stiff like it was coming off the hinge. There was a smell. Blood splats on the door in the bathroom.

arrived at room at @ 10.30pm. tv didn't work, room phone had no cord. ac unit was unplugged. refrigerator was unplugged. i made reservation online with a total amt due. i charged it on cc. when i arrived i was told by the attendant i needed to pay another 5$ for using online. following morning, i mentioned this to the manager who i felt was very receptive of all the issues i had and apologized for the problems i had incurred. the carpets going up the stairway had cigarette butt on the stairway. the carpets seemed like they should have been vacuumed.

I hated the beds the beds are so old and not comfortable at all the pillows are no good they at least need four or five pillows on the bed I actually had to buy a sponge to put on the bed why I slept there for a whole 2 weeks

Staff was friendly. Location was good. It was very cold outside (9°), but the heating was very good.
Negatives:
We did not eat breakfast there. There was no decaf coffee and I have a heart condition that dictates that I have no caffeine. The mattress sagged so badly; there is literally a hole hollowed out in it. Very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dirty, specifically the toilet, and it would not flush right. Over all, it was a bad experience.

The staff were accommodating and kind. The hotel is under new management and construction.
Negatives:
The rooms were not clean. Old molding food in the microwave, bed was stained, and no pet signs up, but the hotel advertises pets allowed. Was charged $20 per pet per night in addition to leave a refundable $250 cash deposit if no pet damage.

It stunk!! I didnt stay there. Said pet friendly there were signs up all over that said NO PETS.. Take this hotel OFF your website! You will not have any customers once they see this..when I chose it it was an accident!!
