I had a to wait a couple of minutes to check in. Very nice experience once I started a check in.

We have always stayed in this hotel when we go to Snyder. It has always been very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located for us.
Negatives:
This stay was disappointing due to the disrepair and condition of our room. The first thing I noticed was that the sheets were rumpled and ill fitting or possibly just not put on properly. It made me double check to see if they had been changed. The dust ruffle was torn and hanging in the floor. Part of the baseboard was ripped off. And there were unsightly stains on the wall close to the window. The bathroom was beautiful but the sink was cracked from front to back. It didnt look like the elevator was ever vacuumed, and the sanitizing stand beside the elevator on the third floor was very dirty. The base of the stand was extremely dusty and had drips from the sanitizer on it.
It has nice landscaping, but was definitely in need of it some attention.

Everything was great! This was a local stay as the AC went out in my house. The following day was the start of a new job and I wanted a good nights sleep.

Bed was a little hard but nothing to say I didnt like the property.

I was charged on my credit card after my brother in law paid for my room. Have not been able to get anyone to issue refund on my card. Have spiked with location several times and have emailed the Booking.com and still nothing.

Great little hotel a little ways from 84, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was above average, the regular price was good compared with multiple other places in and around Snyder, they happily let me work remote from their lobby; I would easily stay here again!
Negatives:
The pet fee is pretty high at $50, per pet, per night; maybe look elsewhere if you're traveling with pets and on a budget.
