Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Room service was only every seven days. It should at least be every other day to maintain cleanliness.

Room key stopped working twice. Floors and countertop next to the stove was filthy. The room had nothing to cook with and no eating utensils. The clerk said that they don't have any available. There was no blanket in the room and none available.

First room offered was terrible, strong foul smell of urine and deodorizer. Second room was much better, but I was told that no other rooms were available.

The location is perfect, it was quiet the lights are super bright at night and I loved that so that I could see and feel safer as I had to go and come back.

The only issue I had is that there was visible blood from another guest on the wall by the bed and on the light fixture and on the carpet by the bed as well as under the bed and yes I used my flashlight to look under the bed and there is a noticeable spot

They never came to service the room and they accused my family of smoking in the room.

The room was not bad ,it was clean. The bed was ok comfortable, the pillows were not comfortable. The queen size bed in our room only had three pillows. i chose with sofa bed room but they didnt provide pillows or sheets. The hotel really has no breakfast. A granola bar and packaged muffins are not breakfast. They even not have coffee. Tv was not working. only for one night stay you dont want to ask maintenance in your room.

When I went check in ,I collected my room key went to the room, I didn't like it ,so I said I will go back to the office to speak with someone..when I get to the office there was a young lady and a older lady they ask if everything was ok , I said no they ask how can they help me ,I told them I didn't like my room..you know what they change my room. But I paid an extra $10.00 .. so these staff are doing a great job..but you have to have respect and talk to them nicely...they are wonderful staff
