Clean hotel, friendly staff, great rooms comfortable bed & hot breakfast w/ variety to choose. Was in west Texas for work stayed what seemed a couple a days to weeks but this hotel made me feel comfortable.
Negatives:
Downside is when planning on extending your stay you need to let front desk know everyday in the morning that your room needs to be cleaned everyday because they wont only every few days. You wont get clean sheets,room cleaned, etc.

The staff charged us when we had already prepaid. Said she had no record of us prepaying. The bed was hard as a brick. The room did not get cold - we had air-conditioning on and the room was 75. breakfast was a joke - no juice or even water available.

I paid online for room then was told no you didn't and I did then was not refunded or explained anything just another form of payment was what they wanted more money no questions which I felt was rude if your going to allow a 3rd party to help book rooms and be paid for before I come shouldn't the front desk ppl have a clue need more customer service information plus hated that the pool closed early.
