Beds were extremely hard. I did not sleep well. TVs are too small. Rooms are spacious but there is a lot of wasted space that could have been used for other lounging furniture. Rooms have laminate flooring instead of carpet. Bad for noise dampening.

It was not clean. There were dead crickets everywhere in the halls and the room. There is zero counter space in the bathroom (never seen that before in a hotel. Nothing was like the pictures on the website! Way overpriced for the experience.
