Facilities are run down. Housekeeping never came so we had to ask the front desk for toilet paper. Emailed a week ahead to request a ground floor room, but they never replied. Called a day ahead to request again, they took my name and said no problem. When I checked in, she put me on an upper floor, and when I said I called ahead she rolled her eyes and said they're full. Hit me with a pet fee on check in. There was someone else's trash in the room when we checked in. Bed is hard AF.

The biggest and most annoying thing I disliked was the roads getting to the hotel. One way Interstate service roads with three U-turns and a few miles of extra driving.

Check-in. I believe the check-in staff person was Jonathon. Efficient, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly etc etc etc. As were the 2 women at checkout - the biggest smiles. This hotel is located beside several major roads - the room was quiet! The room was very clean, comfortable and large. Thank you very much for a great stay.
