The place was filthy. Our rooms had been cleaned. Two waste baskets in room with urine in them. All customers coming in had dirty rooms. It took 1 hour to get clean towels & 2 flat sheets. Day before Galveston cruise so other place to go. Front desk & manager did care.

It's was conveniently located. All the activities I planned were extremely close.
Negatives:
The entire hotel was dirty. You could tell no one was cleaning. The lobby floors, elevator and hallways were all dirty with the same smudges and trash the entire week. You had to ask for someone to come clean your room and the indoor pool was not heated so it was too cold to swim in. I bought cleaning supplies to clean my own room.
