The location. The breakfast staff personnel. She was friendly and helpful. She prepared additional pancake batter because the last of the mix looked like water.

The bathtub was ATROCIOUS!!! Rust around the hardware and tub. The tub had a horrible paint makeover,looked dirty. The handicap bar looked like mold. Disgusting. Breakfast was less than desirable.Disapointing.

Bed bugs were found with video proof. Staff was rude, argumentative, and continued to deny bed bugs. Hotel refused refund and continuously lied to us about who the manager is and that they cant issue refunds. Corporate was called.

No remote for TV. Even after reporting they couldn't provide a remote. Carpet had lot of sticky spots. Breakfast was horrible. They can't even make the scramble eggs good.

I didn't like anything about this hotel. I booked a 2 nights stay, paid aprx $---and left 2 hours after I got there, it was that disgusting. The floor was nasty. It was damp and cold. The first room they assigned had a huge hole in the wall.

I asked to be put in another room and the attendant looked at me like I was crazy. I didn't want to lay down. The sheets were nasty. When I started itching is when I decided to leave. I will never stay in another Comfort Suites.

It was a place to stay when and where we needed it.
Negatives:
The outside of the property was not clean. I selected to make the payment at the facility but when I asked to change the card, I was told it had already been charged. The hotel did not smell great; they attempted to mask the odor. The room door paint was chipped. There was a large hole in the wall at the entryway of the room. There were no face towels in the bathroom and the towels that were there were dingy and rough. There was an unlocked door on the side of the building, it did not shut on its own. Much of the property ascetic was displeasing.

The room was dirty from hair all over the bed and pillows something on two different walls and the pillows had dirt on them where someone laid their nasty head on them. This place was disgusting to say the least.
