booked ahead of time through booking.com so i could check in and out with no issues but there was a problem with the reservation going through so i had to pay twice. it was not a big deal as i was refunded for the second payment it was just inconvenient.

I must say, the building was absolutely pristine and our room was even better. The staff there were the most friendly and accommodating people we've ever come across, and the breakfast was simply delicious. Overall, it was a remarkably peaceful and tranquil place to stay.

This was the nicest hotel...

Large clean rooms and kitchenette! Staff were friendly and willing to assist. Very spacious for my family of 5. We have stayed here twice now and will definitely be back anytime we visit Dallas!

I didn’t like that I asked for a room near the elevator and got a room farthest from the elevator, even though I booked a month in advance, 2nd. I didn’t like that my son and I didn’t receive a goodie bag but everyone else did. Also when I needed the front desk help, no one was ever in the front desk?

Breakfast was okay. If we had bacon it would’ve been a 10!! I loved my room and check in was a breeze. Check out was also no problem. We even bought snacks from front desk and that was simple. I would love to stay again.
