Positives: The room was clean & smelled fresh. The location was ideal for us as we were in Tyler for a family funeral. The breakfast offered was definitely a bonus. We felt safe & secure there.
Negatives: The pillows were awful for us. Maybe we should have asked for different / better pillows. ??

Positives: Hispanic woman who took care of the breakfast was fantastic. I speak Spanish so we could chat. She was always moving looking for what she could do next to keep everything perfect. GREAT EMPLOYEE.
Negatives: The caulk in our bathroom had some mold. Grout on the shower tile was bad. Really needs a deep clean.

Positives: The gentleman at the front desk (possibly Indian nationality, my apologies if this is incorrect) was kind and accommodating. He was well-mannered and made the check-in experience warm and welcoming. The breakfast spread was great!
Negatives: The pool could have been hotter so we weren't able to enjoy it.

Positives: Clean, very nice, comfortable, the room is very nice and good value.
Negatives: Juan was extremely rude when I asked him to explain the double charging policy for incidentals they charged me for my room before I ever got there and then ran my card again for the same amount. He could have just said its just checking to see if you have this amount the second time, not actually charging it but instead he was very rude to me. I was rude right back but nobody should have to deal with that. If you cant calmly explain your policies then dont work at a hotel.
