Several things were disappointing on this trip, so I’ll start with the smell of the room upon entering. Smelled like people smoked a bunch of marijuana in the room, was not what I wanted for me and my young child. The bathroom was not pleasant, our smoke alarm was “chirping” so I tried to call the front desk, phone didn’t work. Notified the front desk by walking down, nobody came to fix it, so that was annoying. The air never got below 70, it was hot and uncomfortable. I booked a king size bed and was put in a room with 2 full size beds, not sure why. Unfortunately one of the worst stays I’ve had with LaQuinta

Lobby staff were kind, friendly, and efficient. Check in and check out were easy and quick.
Negatives:
Very unclean. Some of the cleanliness issues were from long-term stains, wear, tears in upholstery, scrapes in bathtubs and toilets, etc. that are more to blame on facilities. Other cleanliness issues were things like dead bugs on floors, beds with crumbs and hairs on them, hairs and dust on toilet and sink areas, etc. that are more about the cleaning between stays.
