The check in was quick and easy and the room was super clean, quiet, and equipped. We had the 2 bedroom room and it was like a small, nice apartment. Next time, I'll probably go with an Air BnB situation and not have to deal with the sports teams and conferences of people staying in the hotel.
Negatives:
We had the 2 bedroom suite and the bedroom with the 2 beds was pretty cramped. No hot water one day, scalding the next. There were issues with the elevator not working at times. There are no pics of the pool area here on booking.com so I googled it ahead of time. There is an indoor pool but with large sort of screened windows that let air in and out. The pool was heated but once we got out, our teeth were chattering. Lots of towels available though. The hot tub area was filled in so there is no spa/hot tub.
The thing we didn't appreciate the most though was the front desk associate who got upset when guests starting getting breakfast before the weekend breakfast hours began. No times were posted and the lady that checked us in told us it started 30 minutes earlier. A simple "hey give us a few more minutes" would have been a much kinder way of conveying the correct information rather than running everyone out and copping an attitude.

It was very clean and spacious. Receptionist Ashley was fabulous. Made us feel at home.
The hotel was far away from everything so a car was needed.
Loved the pool.

I felt the hotel could have had its own restaurant. It was a big hotel and was far away from eating places.
