Positives:
I felt very comfortable and safe as I was traveling by myself. The outside lighting at night was good. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I like the toiletry choice as I use Dove products at home. Everything was very clean and everyone was welcoming. Noise level was, well nice and quiet. Breakfast was good and social hour was kind of nice too. I will be back for sure. Oh decor was neutral. No dark or drab colors and everything seemed to be thought out nicely. Fitness center looked well equipped, the laundry room was clean, conference rooms were spacious. Check in out was easy and staff was always helpful.
Negatives:
I really can't think of anything that disappointed me or that I needed and didn't have. Hmmm, maybe the mattress could have been a little better. I guess it was springy or needed a topper or a Casper mattress

Location was perfect! Love the area and the actual hotel is nice as well.
Negatives:
The lady at check in was not hospitable at all. For the price of the rooms your check in staff should be a bit nicer. I had to book a room last minute because I came to town for a graduation. I was going to be at the graduation while my partner checked into the room. I forgot to tell her it was not until 3pm to check in so when she dropped me off at the university at 11, she made the mistake of trying to check in at 1 pm. Instead of being told politely that check in is not until 3 pm and because of all the events happening she will have to wait until 3 to get the room, she was met with a lady sitting down scrolling her phone and without standing says, “oh no! Checking is not until 3 no exception!!” This is not a motel 6, there is a way to speak to people to inform them they have come a bit too early. We travel quite often and have been to plenty of hotels early and their staff was always kind when letting us know the room won’t be ready early.
