Positives:
Breakfast was simple, but very good quality and convenient. Very friendly personnel and everything was in place when we showed up for breakfast. Coffee machine in lobby was awesome and very convenient.
Negatives:
We liked everything about the place. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and kind to us. Including a young lady that I believe was part of the maintenance crew who was at the front desk when we showed up. She was super nice and helpful.

I was so impressed by the staff. The front desk person was amazing. She asked where we were coming from and what type of plans did we have. She mention the Livestock Show/Carnival and restaurants near by. We replied by say we were in town for a funeral and fundraiser. She offered her condolences and Purchased BBQ dinners for our fundraiser. Please thank the staff for their compassion and outstanding service. In the morning I came to ask for help as my blood sugar was low and I needed immediate help. A staff member quickly gave me a coke and helped me to a seat. This is over and beyond. Thank you all again. I hope my next visit will be under better circumstances. I most definitely will chose to stay with Comfort Inn and Suites. Vanessa Alvarez

It was super nice and updated. The lady at the front desk was super personable. Breakfast was delicious. I really enjoyed my stay.
Negatives:
I wish the bathroom had more lighting and the toilet paper was easier to reach. Silly things but that's all I didn't like.

The OWNER of the hotel gave us the room that they knew had a broken lock on it. She was already in a mood due to having to work on her day off. We dropped our suitcases off and went into to town. Upon returning our key did not work. Went to change the key and it still did not work. A staff member tried opening it for us and realized that this was the room that has been messing up for days…the battery on the door died. There was no way to open the door. Owner is not answering the phone and no one is coming to help. No on call maintenance man no nothing on scene. The staff member was also confused to why we were given this room knowing that the door was messed up. All our belongings are locked in and we cannot get to them. It is now currently 1:33 a.m. We are sitting here in the lobby waiting for SOMEONE to open the door. As we have an even to get ready for tomorrow morning, and don’t have our items.
