Positives:
The staff was friendly and welcoming and the lobby was very nice. There were lots of activities that you could do: Pool table, jenga, tables for board games etc.
Negatives:
They have what appears to be a full bar. I ordered a glass of white wine, the bartender said they were out of wine. He said the reason was due to Christmas and New Year's falling on Mondays and that is the day they get their deliveries and ordered in. We stayed the weekend of Jan. 13. I asked for a dirty martini - they were out of olive juice. I asked for just a martini, with a splash of cranberry juice... they were out of cranberry juice. I asked for a lemon slice, and he acted like it was a big effort to get a slice of lemon from the kitchen. I suggested they go to a liquor store or grocery store to stock up (especially considering another Monday holiday was coming) and he said corporate wouldn't let them supplement anything. The next morning we ordered from the "window breakfast." We ordered a waffle, only to find out they were out of maple syrup and then asked for butter for the croissant, but alas... they were out of butter as well.
overall - for the price per night - I was very unimpressed by this hotel and will not be staying here again.

Comfort and location n the downtown area - staff was friendly and helpful
Negatives:
AC was STILL BROKEN since we stayed in September. That’s unacceptable. Breakfast items were out of stock like they were in September when we stayed - guests should not pay for the coffee machine and the nice gas fireplace was not lit like it should be during winter months. Provides the atmosphere

No charge for a dog and a little toy for the dog.
Walking distance to the Silo. Enough Parking space. Nice design. Friendly staff.

No microwave, the air condition under our room window was so loud. But everything was ok, because we could bring our dog

The location was perfect for our trip, we were visiting the Magnoila silos and it was walking distance from the hotel. As well the we had a view of the Silos from our room.
Negatives:
There was no Microwave in the room witch made eating out and having some left overs for late night sakes hard and almost impossible.
