And ridiculously high price based on eclipse timing. Kept high rate after eclipse while every other hotel lowered their prices.

There was no aspect of the room or the hotel itself that was not FILTHY! It had bugs, burn marks on the toilet seat, nasty azz stains in the sheets, towels, curtains, and comforter. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER stay here if you want a clean place to stay!
