There was no aspect of the room or the hotel itself that was not FILTHY! It had bugs, burn marks on the toilet seat, nasty azz stains in the sheets, towels, curtains, and comforter. NEVER, I repeat, NEVER stay here if you want a clean place to stay!

Good location, great accommodating staff. Outside needs pai t, but room immaculate, clean, fridge, cable.

The room smelled of marijuana, holes in walls, burn holes in comforter, looked like a crack motel. Will never stay here again

The friendliness of the staff, my housekeeper was nice and friendly my room was kepted very cleaned. The surrounding area was very nice. Centrally in a very local area, for eats and shopping.

Best place to reserve a room for a weekend trip I. I will continue to reserve at this location each time I am visiting Waco,Texas. They quickly remedied a small problem with a broken toilet seat and quickly replaced it within minutes of checking in .
