Very clean and comfy. Desk staff was very friendly.

The lady serving breakfast was rude. Complained about people showing up in groups, or all at once. Also complained about tips. We ended up just leaving and paying for breakfast at another local establishment. The rest of the staff was great.

Homeless people in the breakfast area more than once, no key pad on the door for entry to the hotel from the dining area to the back.
Staff asked for my id but didnt ask any other travelers for id to check in. I had to wait for the staff to get up from the nearby cubicles having a personal conversation to check me in.
On check it was a different person sitting in the cubicles, unfriendly, no eye contact. I asked for a receipt which rooms a minute or two, so I went to get coffee, she left it on the counter and has no words for me.

It was clean, in a quiet area, easy to park, excellent location, not too big, felt safe, reception was welcoming and friendly.

It isnt a deal breaker but I would like a larger area to sit outside the seating places were taken and I only saw one small area.
