It was quite and location was good

Front desk clerk wasn't that friendly, $150 deposit that I didn't know about till I checked in and the beds were rock hard. Hard beds aren't good for a bad back. The bed is what made this trip horrible, I ended up sleeping on the couch the second night.

Quiet area with plenty of food and shopping nearby. Hotel breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and quiet. I didn't here any extra noises at night.

Hot tub was not working and pool was not warm. Hotel is a little dated but not bad for the price.

a/c unit was blowing out hot air in the middle of the night making sleep un-sleepable. Informed nighshift front desk associate of issues and morning front desk associate of late night issues. Was offered to switch to another room for next day but declined

The bed was hard and it was difficult to sleep. They charged a $150 incidentals fee/deposit when it was impossible to incur any additional costs. No room service, no problem parking fees, no mini bar. Nothing It was annoying and unnecessary.

This has become one of our favorites in the area. Always clean and comfortable, pleasant staff, and the breakfast is a bonus.

Some maintenance items need attention but seldom disrupts our stay.

Paid for extended stay but room was not cleaned at all between stays and room key was deactivated between stays Heartbroken and disappointed

This hotel has gone downhill in just the last month. The typically immaculate Lobby/breakfast area & grounds are notably dirtier.. There are also unprofessionally printed notices on most of the doors to enter that make the hotel appear shabby.

Location in preparation for an 8 day cruise leaving the next day.

1. The indoor pool was extremely cold (another guest warned us before we tried to get in). We could not stand the temp. 2. We went to try the hot tub. The temp gauge showed 84 degrees, and there was a sign that staff turned jets on @ desk. WOULD NOT WORK
