The check-in process with Corey went well. The exterior is a little worn, but tidy. I was surprised and pleased when I opened the door and the room was clean and fresh with a microwave and refrigerator. The whole room smelled clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a small amount of tub mold in the shower along the bottom inside edge and the tub facet was not working properly, although good enough for a hot shower. I actually was pleased with the overall stay and would recommend it for value, location, and comfort.

Positives:
Check in was quick and easy. The room was small but clean and comfortable. Nice, quiet nights sleep for these road weary travelers. However, coffee supplies were almost non-existent for one person, let alone two!
Negatives:
GPS to facility states it is for a Dr.'s office two blocks before arriving at the hotel. Fortunately, you can see it from that position. Only major complaint, bags of trash were all over the sidewalk and blowing around the parking lot. We had to pick up and move a couple simply to get into our room.
