The motel is rundown and smells of cheap air freshener. There's a leak in the ceiling of the main floor lobby and the amenities are of poor quality. Also, the proprietor to;d me the water in the room is not safe to drink.

The mattress was new and the sheets soft & clean. TV worked and the accent wall made the room look nice at first glance. The bathroom was spacious and the shower disabled-accessible.
Negatives:
Old stinky carpet, broken lamp, patches on the wall, poor finishes. The complimentary body lotion was used. The towels were clean, but old and disarranged. The shower head was half clogged the water flow stabbed me more than the thankfully-absent Norman Bates would have. They put Febreeze plugins in the room and in the aisles to cover up the carpets fragrance.

Overpriced. Half dilapidated, half renewed, old carpet, new mattress. Whats mismatch.
