Negatives: Because of the solar eclipse we had to pay $500 for a room . Unreal!!

Negatives: Breakfast stuff available for early risers and travelers

Negatives: Breakfast left a lot to be desired, it took a few minutes for someone to come to the front desk for check in and no one there for check out, just a key drop box. When checking in, a young boy (maybe 3) came out of the residence into the check in behind counter, climbed up on the counter and started picking up everything he laid his hands on and threw it on the floor. It must have been the man's son. The clerk did not do anything, say anything to the child nor anything to me about it, I was simply shocked that the adult would allow this to take place, no where business like at all. The clerk was pleasant to me, but I felt very uncomfortable. Faucet in sink was loose, paint peeling in bathroom, carpet worn and stretched out, patches in walls very poorly done and no paint over the patches, not very thoroughly cleaned, just not a good overall experience.

Negatives: This room was not wheelchair or handicap accessible as requested. Couldn't get the wheelchair to the bed. The refrigerator blocked the way. The bathtub was too tall, taller than a standard tub and the shower chair was 8" tall, more like a foot rest. Breakfast was waffles, cereal and sweet rolls

Negatives: Cleanliness was not good especially for the pricefound dirty plastic utensils, dirt, crumbs and a ball of hair behind mini fridge and dirt on carpet in corners of the room. Bonus hairs in bathtub also. Beds seemed clean but bedding very thin-no comforter, only very light blanket-however I wouldnt mind that as much if the room had a good cleaning.

Negatives: They are just getting started, but they couldnt seem to handle one or two guests; that was all that was there. Room had crushed snack mix on the floor. Complimentary hot breakfast was nothing but waffles and instant oatmeal. There was no milk for the cereal. Nobody was present at the desk in the morning; I woke the clerk up by calling on the house phone. Clerk had excuses for conditions and was slow to offer service. Clerk took my email address to send my receipt to. I know they can take some time to come in, so I waited until evening to check my email. It wasnt there. I had to call to get it sent out. Ice machine was broken. I needed to wash laundry but they only took cash for detergent and I only a debit card. I would hate to see the place when it is busy!

Negatives: That the shower curtain rod was barely hanging on the walls...it was tilted so the curtain wouldn't stay closed & water got all over the floor. The coffeemaker was broken...it wouldn't shut. The housekeepers kept slamming doors up and down the hallway.

Negatives: We asked to see the room before checking in... we let staff know it smelled like cigarette smoke..and to make sure we weren't charged for that! No ice.machine available.(broken)

Negatives: Broken springs in recliner in room. Broken ice machine. Signage needs updated.
