The description said it provided free breakfast- it did not. Also, there was a large gap between the top of our door and the doorframe. Someone could easily look in. there was no one at the desk when we checked in- just an envelope with our name on it.

Great location with friendly staff. Weve stayed here before and came back again because of its location. Rooms are all decorated in various western cowboy themes.

No complaints. Everything was good. Anyone staying here does need to keep in mind there are no amenities in Big Water. Nearest fuel and restaurants are in Page, AZ, about 20 mi away.

You cant sleep closer to the wilderness without a tent.

Clean, neat, most impressive is how quiet it was. Lots better than the big hotels where doors slam at all hours and people above never quit walking or jumping! This is a small place but room was exceptionally clean as were the linens. You cant go wrong staying here.

Value. The other motels closer to Page were much more expensive. The staff was wonderful. It wasnt decorated like your typical chain hotel. It was homey.

Didnt have some of the amenities of a more expensive motel like an iron, but Im sure the staff would have provided one if asked.

We appreciated it was recently updated and overall very clean. The staff was very lovely and welcoming and it was very quiet being away from town.

It was about 20 minutes from town, so you have to drive in for food, but it gives you a head start in the morning on the way out to Bryce Canyon if youre traveling from Page.
