The staff was sweet and the complimentary breakfast was great. The shuttle to the theme park was awesome.
Negatives:
The beds were hard and the pillows have got to be some of the worst we’ve used in a hotel. The walls are too thin to keep it quiet. We dealt with sooooooo much noise while there. Didn’t get any rest!

The distance to lagoon made...
Positives:
Location was great and it was easy to come and go. Common area facilities were clean and well maintained.
Negatives:
Breakfast was just ok. The first room we were in had a toilet constantly running. The room we were re-located to had holes in the furniture and was very well worn, with the furniture needing to be replaced.

The property was fine for what we were needing for doctor visits and procedures at the University of Utah..
Negatives:
There was a rowdy neighbor all night long and I had all day appointments starting at 5am and then a 3 1/2 hour drive home. And several calls to the front desk didn’t improve the situation
