If we’re ever back in...

It's a very special location. At night having your own campfire and seeing all the stars is incredible.
Nearby hikes are worthwhile as well.
Pancakes and coffee for the guests are a nice touch as well as s'mores in the evening. I can imagine kids are very happy with these details.
The employees managing the property are easy-going.
Negatives:
It's not worth the price. It's described as GLAMping and what you find is a standard CAMPing experience with the upgrade of a bit bigger tent and a queen bed.
The restrooms and showers are clean BUT the water is cold and there are not always towels available as there are not enough employees to cater the clients needs within a short period of time.
The bedroom aka the tent has a very loud heating that makes it hard to have a restful sleep while being kept warm.
The cleaning service did not make up our room during our stay (2 nights).

Beautiful location, tents, common areas, loved the evening fire. Great staff. I suggest having guests put their tent number and dates on food so that old stuff can be tossed from the fridge as it gets old.
Negatives:
I think you call it a kitchen, which it isn't exactly... it was more rustic than I expected. I know you're doing a lot there and it's time will come.
