our door lock stopped working and had to ask 3 times to get fixed. The keycard rarely worked. I expressed my concern about items being taken from our room and was met with indifference from the front desk person. Breakfast eggs & sausage atrocious

Big ball of hair in shower. Empty roll of toilet paper with streaks in the toilet.

I like how they conserve water, which is not really bad. People just really need to learn how to save and maintain the cleanliness of the room. I don't mind reusing my towels and bed sheets as long as I know that it's clean.

Location was near National Parks and other attractions.
Negatives:
Wi-Fi was spotty, very few TV channels, hot tub was out of order. Breakfast was less than desirable. Staff was not very helpful when I complained about the Wi-Fi. Hotel entry doors wouldnt lock so security was nonexistent.

For breakfast they placed cold sausage out to be heated in microwave. The garbage was overflowing.

The WiFi was terrible and because our room was near two corridors and the stairs it was quite noisy. I'd have expected decent WiFi for the price.
