Our room was overall very comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and was pet friendly (with well maintained potty areas which is awesome). We appreciated the free breakfast, pool area, and free parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion, and was much more reasonably priced than closer hotels.
Negatives:
The bathroom could use a bit of deep cleaning, but it wasn't terrible.
