Positives:
We were going to arrive very late and I called to let them know. They checked my in over the phone so when we arrived I only had to fill out my plate number and initial a form. We were then able to go right to our room and go to sleep.
Negatives:
The internet was terrible. We travel with a fire TV stick and could not make it though a show with out the internet connection dropping out even though the fire stick was still connected to the wireless network.

Very nice rooms: specious, nice decor, very comfortable beds, super clean. Good location: 30min drive to the Zion park entrance. Very friendly staff Water dispenser available to re-fill your bottles. Also, coffee, tea and flavoured water at the lobby.
Negatives:
Breakfast of poor quality. Lots of plastic packed products, mainly sugary stuff. Poor choice. No stairs available to be used. We were forced to use elevator (one floor only). Only one was working and it was super slow.

During check in, the hotel had two staff members working the front desk, but one (the manager?) just stood there and stared, repeatedly pointing at his coworker whenever a new guest arrived to check in, creating a longer than necessary check in line. Lots of small details in the room were off, such as towels just shoved into lower cabinets unfolded, refrigerator with water covering each shelf, etc. Not a bad stay, but overall felt there was minimal attention to guest experience, and was a pay us and leave type hotel. You wont hate your stay here, but also worth looking at similarly priced options elsewhere.

Positives:
The rooms were a good size and comfortable. Queen sized beds, fridge, microwave and coffee maker were all there. Everything was clean. We could get coffee from the lobby all the time, since it was always available. The breakfast was included and was enough food to keep us happy. The pool area was an added bonus on a hot afternoon. There is a good grocery store just down the street. Half an hour from Zion. One of the nicest hotels, out of the 7 that we stayed at on our trip as far as what was offered (breakfast, pool, modern look/feel) and it was the cheapest.
Negatives:
The sound proofing of the rooms could have been better, could hear people all around us at times. The breakfast area got messy at peak times (spilled milk/cereal, tables not clean, full garbage bins). I also wish that all the breakdast dishes wouldn't be disposable, it's so wasteful.

Excellent spot just 30 min away from Zion NP. Very well kept property and rooms. Breakfast was free and awesome.
