This was a great surprise. I didn't expect such a clean and comfortable in an shopping outlet. The best thing about it was the reception staff, they were very attentive, professional and well mannered. I didn't give it a 10 because I didn't use all the facilities, so I want to be fair.

The location is convenient for my work travel and I enjoy getting rewards (but for some reason this stay was not showing in my app, nor did I get rewards).
Negatives:
The room was not up to par. My dresser drawer wouldn't stay closed, my shower head was so clogged the spray went everywhere but where I wanted it. The hotel ran out of coffee in the rooms so the last two days I didn't have coffee in my room.

Was unable to check in for nearly 1 hour due to booking.com sending incorrect check in details to the hotel, despite having confirmation proof on my phone.
Breakfast was disgusting. Staff seemed very snotty!
