Positives:
The breakfast was very nice.
Negatives:
I requested a room that slept 4 adults. I was given a room with one bed and a small sofa bed that was not adequate to sleep 2 adults.
Positives:
The room was great.
Negatives:
I didn't like the constant noise coming from the room above me. It sounded like heavy objects being dragged across the floor, and a few times those objects sounded like they were being dropped.
Also the breakfast buffet was not being kept stocked. Plates were not available, foods were not restocked and coffee pots ran out. This is why I gave the 5 out of 10 rating.
Guests were rude. Staff was nice though.

I love the guy who helped us check in he was really cool and he just was laid back and I liked his attitude about things he was very nice and in the morning they had a good breakfast My daughter liked it I don't eat breakfast But they sure did.
Negatives:
When trying to say hi in the morning to the housekeepers they were quite not wanting to be there
Negatives:
They did not have a room for us when we got there. We were tired and had to go to three other hotels to find a place to sleep.

Positives:
I am handicap and can’t transfer from my wheel chair. I requested a handicapped room and it was anything but handicap accessible. The toilet had no assistant bars and the shower was totally inaccessible. How can someone use the facilities when you can even transfer into the shower or sit on the toilet? I’ve stayed at this property before and they have a perfect accessible room with a roll in shower and toilet with accessible bars. I was told that room wasn’t available. Imigine how terribly disappointed I was when my daughter was walked by the room and could see that they were using it as a storage room for several mattresses. Hotel is no Handicap accessible at all.

Positives:
I loved the size of our room and the fact it had a small kitchen. The breakfast had a lot of choices and was very good. The environment was nice and inviting. Very close to some nice restaurants.
Negatives:
The tub was tiny!!! The bed was not veery comfortable and could have been better. Bacon, I wish the breakfast had bacon... the only choice was sausage.
