Positives:
Room was clean, retro on purpose... Which can be considered cute. Breakfast was alright, good seating, small food selection. Game room looked cool but we didn't use it. Staff was nice, breakfast attendant quiet but super nice.
Negatives:
Pool and hot tub are right on main road with absolutely NO privacy screens or fencing, just bars straight open to the public, absolutely not welcoming whatsoever, cool looking slide or no. Work on installing a tall privacy fence and guests will actually use it.. Microwave was infuriating to try to get to work. Could have used another blanket on the beds, felt like 2 thin sheets.
We decided on this trip no more motels... Works for some, just not us. Checked out early & got a hotel.

The pool was warm and the kids loved the waterslide. The rooms had 3 large beds which was perfect for families. The woman running the front desk upon arrival was absolutely wonderful and pleasant.
Negatives:
Breakfast was mediocre. The pool was very small and located next to the business road in Moab. The whole property is quite run down and desperately needs to be updated. The hot tub was quite gross... opaque water that was filled with some sort of silicone material that was used to try and patch the sides. If we had paid a more reasonable price, I might let these sorts of things slide, but I don't know that I have paid more for a hotel anywhere... not even close. We stayed here because our friends chose this location and we wanted to be with them. There were much better options for less money in Moab. We did stay during Spring Break, so I'm hoping we paid 2x-3x what their normal rate is.

Positives:
Breakfast was great and always stocked. The pool with the slide was really great for the children an us adults liked it as well. And there were always enough towels at pool side. Room service was perfect as well fresh towels we always provided and trash was taken out daily.
Negatives:
Nothing much to complain about.

Free breakfast & parking, proximity to downtown Moab shops (my favorite is the Moab food truck park!) and 6-7 mins drive to Arches National Park entrance. Wait, i almost forgot, my kids love the heated pool, water slide and the free play arcade!
Negatives:
The loud A/C unit and wiggly toilet seat cover. Other than that the place is pristine, the staff are nice, the location is perfect!

The perfect family centered motel...
Positives:
The room was nice, big, clean. The location was perfect. The breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the arcade games.
Negatives:
The pool and hot tub needed better maintenance/cleaning. The pool towels were basically the size of hand towels. The towels in the room were old looking.
