Bugs crawling on counter and things not working Filthy The Front desk did change my room when I brought the bugs to the desk. This was giving them a second chance. There will not be a third!

It was near to where I would have to go to Work each morning

The fact that the key card for my room would not stay activated and ended up locking me out, and no employee no manager to be found for hours hours before they got me back into my room
