Location location location! Footsteps to the lease of the mountain. Very clean and well maintained room. Very satisfied!

The layout of the property is a little confusing. No problem once we figured it out, but a more detailed map would be helpful.

The hotel is very run down and the layout is confusing. Once you park, you will likely have about a 10-15 minute walk to your room. And one night the parking garage was full so we were told to park in a dirt lot, without being told where that lot was.

Not a four star - needs an update. Rushed to exit our room by housekeeping. Difficult time communicating with majority of the staff & they rarely knew the answer to our questions.

The Staff was excellent well trained and a pleasant pleasure to work with! The area in which our room was located was excellent and very quiet.

There were items in the room that were in need of repair and or replacement. We attempted to use the Blanket from the closet and it was completely covered in someone elses hair. And had an Oder that seemed it wasnt clean.

This resort is conveniently located. The restaurants on site were really good, expensive but good.
Negatives:
Stay clear of the inhouse spa. We scheduled a 80 min massage, and the price was horrendous. Paying $400 for a 80 min massage is outrageous. We expected to pay more, but I've never thought the pricing was going to be so out of whack! Beware!!

Rooms are updated, comfortable bed, superb staff.
Negatives:
Property itself is very convoluted: multiple buildings that are connected and require constant up/down stairs and elevators to move from main lobby to your room and onwards to the slope. Very frustrating and negates the ski in/out experience.

Layout is extremely confusing. Valet "manager" is rude and rest of the staff offered no assistance without 9 bags including skis and snowboards. Front desk staff also useless, if you could even get them to pick up the phone. Rooms are cramped and outdated

Great location, many amenities but staff uninformed. Asked about yoga studio but clerk didnt know told us to check online ! We did but found no info. Went to studio also found no staff there and no posted hours of operation or brochures or phone number

The hotel was under construction meaning the entire high-ceilinged ski lodge lobby a focal point was closed. Checkin was in a portable trailer. Housekeeping did not clean room except after check out so we had to wash all the dishes ourselves.

Outdated. The ice machine was only on one floor. Housekeeper only took out the garbage. The room was small.
