The listing and confirmation clearly stated the room had 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The room actually only had 2 queen beds. The staff at the hotel said they don't have any pullout beds "because fire code."
We were able to get a rollaway cot from the hotel. If not for this, one member of our group would have had to sleep on the floor.
We ONLY selected this location/room because it had 3 beds. I feel like I was lied to/tricked into spending more money. Very disappointed.

They over chlorinated the pool so we couldnt use it. The doors from the parking lot to get in did not work. The tv required some rigging with a rokue to work. They are remodeling and have a lot of work to do.

It was clean and the staff was friendly.

NO ELEVATOR! Any hotel that has more than one floor should have an elevator, or bell boys to pack luggage upstairs. I saw many persons struggling the get t luggage up the stairs. The layout of the hotel is also confusing. Many people were 'lost'.
