Unfriendly staff. The young lady at the reception was really unfriendly to me and how I observed she didn't treat all guests that way. If you don't like serving guests, maybe you should try something else? Second stay was cancelled because they made up that I was upset, well I was disappointed, correct! Cancelling my reservation without asking me If this is my wish, isn't really appropriate and then the guy at the reception even started arguing with me. There are for sure some courses where you could learn how to treat guest in an appropriate manner, this for sure wouldn't harm you. Guests are coming to your hotel to enjoy they holiday and stay, not for being treated unfriendly and arguing stupid situations. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Location and the bed was fine.
Negatives:
The girl at the front desk when we checked in had a little boy behind the desk with her. He was playing with the paper shredder and almost got his fingers stuck in it. She was very distracted by him and struggled to check us in. The TV was very outdated and dark. We tried to watch a movie but couldn’t really see it so we just turned it off. The refrigerator was luke warm and the hair dryer was broken and made a sound like a table saw when my wife tried to use it.

Light switch for entrance was halfway down hallway past bathroom. No fan in bathroom. Lights over night table were either both burnt out or the switch was faulty in any event, didn't work. There was a clock on the center night table that was flashing numbers and left that way by the cleaner I guess. I couldn't set it, turn it off or unplug it given its location so had to turn it face down on the the table or look at it all night. Had to ask for blankets for the beds.What was really bad was they checked a couple into the room beside us at 1:30 in the morning and these people were noisy since entering the room. At 3AM I had to go to front desk and ask them to deal with the matter. They said they would but nothing changed and we got up at 5:30 and moved on. A classic example of you get what you pay for. I always thought Ramada wasn't too bad . Never again.

Positives:
The room was not up to a standard for my liking or expectation. The toilet did not flush properly nor did the sink drain properly. Room was very noisy due to traffic. After driving for 12 hours, I was disappointed and decided to get up at 5:30 and leave.
Negatives:
The room cleaned better. Towels provided that can dry a grown man. Toilet and sink that can flush and drain better. Lest noise so a person can sleep after a long drive.
