Just the comfy bed that’s it.
Negatives:
The room didn’t seem like it was cleaned. We found a glasses case on the floor near the fireplace. The glass cups and bowls were still dirty. At the bottom of the dishwasher was filled with water. The shower curtains were stained and brown dirty. There were brown fingerprints behind the restroom door. The bathroom floors were not swept and clean. There were crumbs and little trash under the bed. Overall, I was not satisfied with our stay and I paid soo much for it.

Breakfast was ok. And the personnel at the breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
The service level wasn’t there. At the checking the person took at least 30minutes - even when we had booked through booking.com and had done the online check in before hand. Had to ask for more towels (only 3 towels, but we were 4), had ask for more toilet paper (no extra roll even if only 1/3 of bcc roll was left), and the heating unit in the room was way too noisy (ridiculously loud)

Breakfast was great. That was the best part of the whole stay.

We had bed bugs in our room. We had the option to leave the room or get new bedding. We found this out at 10 o'clock at night. We chose new bedding because we were already extremely exhausted and had 2 babies that were already sleeping. We were told by management that we would get compensated for the bed bugs at the end of our stay and nothing was done.
