From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. Allison was the person who checked us in, and she was delightful. She was professional but very friendly. She made us feel so welcome! The room was very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a view of our car from our second floor window. The shower was large and the water pressure and temperature were just right. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever seen offered as part of the room rate. It included two kinds of omelettes, bacon, do-it-yourself waffles, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. There were plenty of tables, and the food was restocked promptly. We will definitely book this hotel if we ever return to Provo, and we will book at the Sleep Inn or other Comfort properties in other cities when we travel, based on this experience. Even the view of the mountains behind the inn was beautiful.
Negatives:
There was nothing we didn't like. We could find nothing that was not satisfactory or better. We will return. How can we write that something was lacking when nothing was lacking at all?

Location is great and price is good. Breakfast is better than normal with variety of foods available.
Negatives:
People with younger/active children shouldn't be on the third floor. Lots of noise from children running well after 10:00 pm. We rise early to get on the road and almost justified being extra noisy to disturb them back....but didn't.
Positives:
We chose this place because it's in walking distance to downtown and much nicer than the selections several blocks north closer to downtown and the university. It's surrounded by a mall and national chain restaurants. Wonderful breakfast. Comfortable room.
Negatives:
Had I thought to ask for a room with windows facing east, I would have been able to enjoy the extraordinary mountain views from that side of the hotel.

The housekeeper on the 3rd floor that day, didn't even knock, just tried to walk in the room, didn't say "housekeeping", nothing. It could have ended up very badly, my husband has ptsd, and a war vet, we are firm supporters in the 2nd ammendment and he's always carrying.

Location close to freeway entrance, stores & restaurants. Nice breakfast. Smoke free (except some guests wreaked of smoke). Bed comfortable. Very clean, (except for lots of rust in pool area). Appreciate luggage carts. Pool & Jacuzzi were nice. Parking +.

Mix up with # of nights reserved. 0 bath towels & bath mat. Front desk said housekeeping will be by later. Had to find maid to ask for towels so we could bathe. Pillows too fluffy,caused neck ache. Shampoo & conditioner not replaced. 0 pool towels.
