Recent Reviews
Positives:
The staff (with one exception) was great. We were late checking in. I am glad they had someone on standby to let us in.
Negatives:
The primary reason for choosing this particular accommodation was its close proximity to my intended destination. Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities significantly detracted from the overall experience. The condition of the room left much to be desired; it closely resembled that of a subpar rest-stop motel. Issues included malfunctioning drawers, broken beds, a clogged sink, excessively firm mattresses, a flaking bathroom sink, and a bathtub marred by irreversible staining and flaking. While I have encountered worse accommodations in the past, it is difficult to recall a specific instance.
An incident involving the management further exacerbated our disappointing stay. My son inadvertently failed to adhere to our established protocol regarding our service dog’s outdoor activities, leading to an unfortunate misunderstanding. A staff member, who did not identify himself, whom I will refer to as "Kyle" and appeared to be in a managerial role, confronted us in a manner that was both aggressive and unprofessional. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation by offering to present training documentation for the service dog and extending my apologies, ensuring such oversight would not recur, "Kyle" dismissed these gestures and continued to exclaim (rather loudly) his expertise in the area of dog training.
Regrettably, this interaction has soured us on ESA permanently. Furthermore, ESA declined to review and respond to my attempts to contact them regarding the matter.

Negatives:
The beds were terrible. The rooms smelled funny. The breakfast was put away before we left and they tried to get into our room to clean before we checked out.

Positives:
The location was very convenient. There are a lot of walkable restaurants and brew pubs. Worst case, a Chik-fil-A shares the parking lot. It's also one freeway stop into the Canyon to Park City or the edge of the loop toward the Cottonwoods.
Negatives:
The Chik-fil-A traffic can get in the way of getting out of your parking space. Also, maybe there was a tub leak, but it looked like glue was coming out between the linoleum tiles.

Positives:
The room was very poor quality. Mold growing in the sink, Cracks all over the shower and tub and really outdated.
Negatives:
See above. It is an overpriced "motel".

The location couldn't be better...
Positives:
Front desk staff was excellent, pleasant and made me feel welcome. They actually remembered me from my stay the prior month!
Negatives:
My first room was too hot and had a musty smell in poor location. I checked in late, so nothing could be done. Next day I was moved to another room and remaining 3 nights were great. The "breakfast" is not much more than a cup of coffee.
