Very uncomfortable bed. My heater was broken.. someone put soap in the lotion dispenser. Breakfast was never served on time , making it impossible for me to eat breakfast there because I had to go to work.

most of the staff were wonderful. The woman who checked me in very busy talking on the phone. i was unimpressed by her.
Negatives:
I asked for a very quiet room. I got a room right by the freeway. It was noisy all night. I got no rest. The person who checked me in didnot listen to my request at all. There were tons of open rooms on the side of the hotel away from freeway noise.

Pool was warm. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast sucked. Frozen/reheated omelettes were chewy. The pancake maker was terrible and the pancakes turned out rubbery. Cinnamon rolls were not too bad, but not as good as usual. Hot tub jets and bubbles not working.
