Negatives:
Was told hotel shuttle would be available starting at 8am to take my wife and I to the UTA bus to Solitude, but when we needed it, we were told the van driver hadnt arrived yet. The reception staffer was unfriendly and unhelpful. When the driver did arrive, she was friendly and apologetic, but it made us late getting to the mountain.
